Sara is a Virginia native, James Madison University alum, self-proclaimed buffet enthusiast, and VCU Brandcenter graduate. In 2010, she joined McKinney in Durham, NC after accepting the fact that she is, despite lack of accent, a Southerner at heart. She spends her days working hard on everything from brand positioning to social gaming strategy on clients like Nationwide, Sherwin-Williams, Meijer, and Radio Flyer. Prior to McKinney, Sara worked with The Disruption Consultancy at TBWA\Chiat\Day LA on brand strategy projects for The People's Choice Awards and Loyola Marymount University. Sara is also a writer in her free time; her most recent project is a humor blog that chronicles her daily commute to work.
